Service Description
Studio rental includes: • Professional sound system with connection for IPOD/IPAD/Phone etc via 3.5mm (standard) plug. Other adapters are available on request in advance • Multimedia systems in studio • Internet access • Use of lobby and restroom facilities • 1 hr rental plus additional 30 minutes of time (access 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after the scheduled rental) for set up, clean up, etc.
Cancellation Policy
The full amount is due at time of booking in order to hold the rooms unless otherwise specified by South Shore Dance Complex (SSDC). Renter will need to schedule a meeting with a SSDC admin before rental to learn how to use the sound system and get access into the studio. Please note these additional conditions to your rental contract: In order to reserve studio space, the full rental fee is due upon booking. If you are renting the space for multiple bookings or monthly rentals, payment i s due the first month or group of sessions. In the event that the renter cancels his/her rental time for a specific date, SSDC needs to be notified via email (kendra@dancepspa.com) no later than 24 hours before the scheduled rental. If less time is given, renter may forfeit some or all of the rental monies, particularly if the studios could otherwise have been rented. If studio lights are left on, studio is left in unacceptable condition, unsecure, renter will encounter fees. ($50 cleaning or utility fee). Renter assumes liability for injury of any persons they invite to the space, including but not limited to: injury to students in the renter’s class, injury to performers or collaborators in the rehearsal, injury to guests or audience members at a showing. Renter must present proof of insurance at time of booking. SSDC reserves the right to cancel or change this rental agreement at any time.
