Studio 3 at the South Shore Dance Complex is the largest rental studio available, containing sound absorbing acoustic panels that reduce noise and control sound making it perfect for for music recordings, performances, rehearsals, private lessons, auditions, photo & video shoots, workshops / master classes, events, yoga classes, fitness classes, and more.

Studio rental includes:

• 34' x 49' room (plus additional 6' x 24' on half of the room) that holds 50-100 people depending on the purpose (e.g. parties or meetings would hold 80-100 people whereas a dance class would better accommodate 50) 

• Professional sound system with connection for IPOD/IPAD/Phone etc via 3.5mm (standard) plug. Other adapters are available on request in advance. 

• Acoustic panels to absorb sound

• Spring & floating wood floor

• Full length mirrors on three walls

• Support pole in center of the room

• Multimedia equipped

• Apple TV

• Internet access

• Use of lobby and restroom facilities

• 1 hr rental plus additional 1 hour of time (access 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the scheduled rental) for set up, clean up, etc.
